Once upon a Thai’s main aim is to provide Fresh Thai Street food using the best of Irish and Thai produce available
The Free Range pork we use is from Jim Ryan’s farm in Ballinlough, Kells, Co. Meath.
The Beef we use comes from Brogans Farm , Athboy , Co. Meath.
The Chicken Wings are from Manor Farm , Co. Cavan
From June onwards we use fresh herbs like Thai Basil, Holy Basil and coriander along with green beans and chillies which we grow in our own large polytunnel.
I also work closely with a number of producers and food service companies that over the years of working in the hospitality industry I have established a great relationship with and they understand what I expect when I order produce from them.

egg noodles with chicken, coriander, pickled mustard green, crispy noodles in an aromatic coconut sauce (medium spicy)
Vegetarian Thai Red Curry €9
Red curry of butternut squash, green beans, broccoli, baby corn, carrot and basil served with Thai Jasmine rice

A rich red curry of Jim Ryan’s beef with roasted peanuts, lime leaves and basil served with Thai Jasmine (medium spicy)
